It operates using an air blowing method, where the cable is pushed into the conduit by a mechanical cable pusher. The powerful airflow generated by an air compressor creates a drag force on the cable's surface, propelling it forward. This installation method differs from traditional pulling methods as the cable's top end experiences less force, reducing cable stress and extending its lifespan. Additionally, the cable-blowing process is relatively simple and easy to learn. It is suitable for armored fiber optic cables and is less affected by bends in the conduit.

  • Applicable Cable Diameter: 9mm to 36mm

  • Applicable Conduit Outer Diameter: 25mm to 63mm

  • Working Pressure: 12 bar to 15 bar

  • Pushing Distance: The machine can push the cable continuously for a length of 1000 to 2000 meters, or even longer. However, it is recommended to plan for a single blowing distance of around 1500 meters.

  • Air Cooling System: Improves the effectiveness of cable blowing, especially suitable for hot climates.
